Event Advertisement – Terms & Conditions

Advertising Events on the HSANZ website:

HSANZ may accept advertisements for non-HSANZ events that are relevant to haematology, including education, research, clinical practice, or professional development.

All event advertisements are subject to review and approval by HSANZ prior to publication.

To request publication of an event, the organiser must provide:
  • Event title, date(s), location and format (in-person/virtual/hybrid) 
  • A brief event description (maximum 200 words), or approved marketing collateral for publication 
  • Organising body details 
  • Contact name, phone number and email address for enquiries 
  • Registration link and/or website URL 
  • Event closing date (if applicable)

Organisers may submit their own marketing collateral (e.g. flyer or promotional graphic).

The HSANZ office will upload materials as provided, subject to minor formatting adjustments for website presentation.

Submission materials must be emailed to hsanz@hsanz.org.au for review and approval.

Rates

A fee of $200+GST applied per event listing.

Publication will remain until the event is concluded.

Payment must be received prior to publication.
