Prior to initiating your membership application, please ensure you have reviewed the following steps:

• All applications must have a proposer and seconder who are current financial members of the Society. You can upload letters or emails from your proposer and seconder confirming their support for your membership during the online application process or send them to admin@hsanz.org.au after you have completed your application..
• Ordinary and Trainee applicants must be proposed and seconded by two Ordinary financial members.
• Associate applicants must be proposed and seconded by two Ordinary financial members OR one Ordinary and one Associate member.
• Associate Nurse applicants must be proposed and seconded by either Ordinary or Associate Nurse members.
• You will need to upload a copy of your resume showing your qualifications and the extent of personal involvement in the clinical or laboratory practice of haematology including papers, publications and relevant experience. Please ensure your resume includes your AHPRA registration number where applicable.

• Once your completed application is received including payment and proposer and seconder letters, your application will be reviewed. You will be notified when your application is approved. 

• To commence your application, please ensure you review our membership categories to determine which level is appropriate for you and select below.
