Annual subscription fees for HSANZ membership

Amounts are in Australian dollars. If you are a resident of Australia 10% GST applies.

Associate and Associate Nurse membership $55 $50
Trainee membership $55 $50

Subscription period and renewal due date

Subscriptions run from 1st July to June 30th. Subscriptions are sent out in April/May for the following financial year and are due by July 1st.

Membership application:

Download and print the application form, and return it to the HSANZ secretariat with the required accompanying documents (CV and letters from proposers - details on form).

Notes regarding signatures and accompanying documents

  • All applicants must have the application form signed by a proposer and seconder.
  • Only applicants for ordinary membership need letters from both their proposer and seconder.
  • Existing trainee or associate members who want to "upgrade" to ordinary membership must complete the form again and provide letters from proposers and seconders.
